Clinical Care - Quality Improvement Plan Indicators
Ontario Health made the submission of annual quality improvement plans (QIPs) voluntary for two consecutive years in recognition of organizations needing to shift focus to essential pandemic management. Despite the unprecedented demands and shifting priorities, at SickKids we remain committed to all dimensions of quality. Our annual QIP is used internally to measure, monitor and manage some of our top-quality improvement priorities. The QIP is closely aligned with our strategic plan in which quality and accountability is an explicit priority.
